BASINOL Superior 0530 is a synthetic multigrade engine oil for gasoline engines.
It is a fuel-efficient engine oil based on state-of-the-art synthesis technology for gasoline engines, including turbo versions and direct-injection engines. It can be used wherever low-friction properties of SAE 5W-30 viscosity grade engine oils are required.
BASINOL Superior 0530 was developed specifically in view of the demanding requirements of the current ILSAC GF-6 standard, for which high fuel efficiency and low CO2 emissions are of great importance.
It meets the requirements of SAE grade 5W-30. This viscosity setting provides excellent cold start performance even at the lowest ambient temperatures.
BASINOL Superior 0530 is ideally suited for year-round use in modern passenger car gasoline engines of American and Asian manufacturers as well as for extended oil change intervals. Even under unfavorable operating conditions, a high level of protection is provided against sludging, coking, varnishing, corrosion, as well as contamination and clogging of the catalytic converter.
It can be used, among other things, in engines where an engine oil in accordance with the General Motors specification GM dexos1™Gen2 is required.
