BASINOL Super STOU 1040 corresponds to the viscosity class SAE class 80W-90 for automotive gear oils.
BASINOL Super STOU 1040 Tractor oil also covers the viscosity classes ISO-VG 46 to 100 for hydraulic oils.
BASINOL Super STOU 1040 is intended for use in diesel and gasoline engines, including turbocharged diesel engines, as well as hydraulic systems and transmissions with a common oil filling.
BASINOL Super STOU 1040 can also be used in final drives, unless an oil of API class GL-5 is specified.
Due to the special additives of BASINOL Super STOU 1040, noise and stick-slip phenomena on the power shift clutches running in the oil bath and wet brakes are prevented.
